Commissions are priced on an individual basis but usually start around £350. An initial consultation is free of charge, during which the final parameters and requirements of a commission are expanded upon.

How do I request a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or give money back for any commission that has already been approved to proceed past the planning stage. This is why it is important to discuss in detail during the initial consultation the parameters of the commission brief.
What is your commission base rate?
Our commission build rates typically start at £350.00 ($425.00). Occasionally we will take on smaller commissions, but only for pre-established clients. We accept payment through bank transfers (wire, swift, or ACH) or PayPal in both USD, EUR, and GBP.
How does the commission process work?
Typically the commission process follows an ordered structure. See below for an example outline:

After we have received your initial commission request through the above form, we will reach out to you within two working days to arrange a call for your initial consultation.

During the initial consultation, the commission brief will be solidified. We want to create your vision, so please attend the meeting prepared with both a reference images (where appropriate) and an overview of your current vision for the project. During the meeting this can be modified to reflect the discussion.

Before work commences, we will send to you a finalised brief based on your initial consultation. If this is approved, we will provide a formal quote and request that a 50% deposit is paid upfront.

Then we get to work building your vision in Minecraft! We provide weekly updates on the status of the commission, and when requested can provide the opportunity for multiple reviews of the project at every major development stage to make sure that it is in-keeping with your vision.

At the end of the commission, we will send you the completed product for final approval. Minor changes throughout the commission process are included within the commission, however major changes that depart from the original brief will each incur a 15% fee on top of the original commission price.

Once the commission product is approved, we will request the second payment. Only after receipt of the second payment will the final project files be sent through.
Minecraft is compulsory education for pupils at Viktor Rydberg secondary school in Stockholm, Sweden.
Does CrackedCubes keep the intellectual property rights?
For commission projects, after full payment has been received the client retains the intellectual property of said commission work and can do with their property as they please. We always request permission to display the commissioned work on our website and social media, but this is entirely at the discretion of the client and not mandatory.
How long will it take you to complete my commissioned order?
This is entirely dependent on what the commission request is. For smaller projects, we can provide a turnaround time between two and eight weeks. Larger projects will take longer, but all deadlines will be agreed in advance during the initial consultation on a case-by-case basis.
Can the commission include custom entities, mechanics, models, and textures?
Pretty much anything that is possible in Minecraft can be commissioned through us. Typically only larger projects with larger budgets are allocated significant studio resources, with allocations made on a case-by-case basis.
If you are interested in having custom models/entities/etc in your commission, please specify your general ideas in your initial commission request.
